- Dear @united, you've got some nerve having an automated attendant call to inform me that my flight was cancelled. #
- My @united options according to automated call? Get online and figure it out. Or call the number we're not providing you. #
- That's equivalent to "good luck with that." Couldn't I at least get a "press 1" for an agent @united? #
- All so I can fly in a middle seat on an overpriced flight in the first place……complete #fail by @united. #
- Customer service could have made this a less bad experience. Oh, finally found the phone number after clicking through 4-5 pages on website #
- And of course I'm holding. #
