Is Your Password Easy to Hack?

Yes, we may think our creative minds make our online passwords difficult to hack.  But unfortunately many of us are creatures of habit and stick to what we know (and what we can remember). 

Think your password is unhackable?  Microsoft has a Password Checker that will have many of us thinking of new ones!  Mine passwords were WEAK. 

Back to the drawing board.  I’d hate for someone to hack my account and mistakenly solicit my friends to send me money. 

Their tips on creating a strong password:

An ideal password is long and has letters, punctuation, symbols, and numbers.

• Whenever possible, use at least 14 characters or more.
• The greater the variety of characters in your password, the better.
• Use the entire keyboard, not just the letters and characters you use or see most often.
