What a week!  The House passage of the health care reform bill was a nail biter.  By a vote of 219 to 212, the House of Representatives sent the Senate health care reform package to the President’s desk.  Of course, that is just the beginning.  There are several “fix-it” bills to come.  Find out how your Member of Congress voted.

The White House: Of course, the President will sign the health care reform bill into law.  Seeing victory just over the horizon, President Obama used his weekly address to discuss financial reform

The U.S. Senate:   The Senate returns on Monday to continue consideration of a bill to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration.  But not so fast, they aren’t done with health care reform just yet.  The Senate must pass a reconciliation proposal to fix some of the most egregious parts of the Senate health care reform bill that will now be law.  Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) promised the House of Representatives the Senate would agree to a list of changes.

The U.S. House of Representatives:  The House will be watching the Senate to make sure it passes the “fix-it” reconciliation bill.

Find out what’s in the health care bill.
