Naps Are Good For You

Last week I was lamenting complaining about the need for a nap.  Apparently, I’m not the only one.  And in fact, it’s good for you

According to Blisstree,

Napping isn’t just for babies and toddlers, many doctors and other experts encourage the benefits of naps for adults too. Lack of sleep can lead to moodiness, irritability, reduced endurance, inability to think clearly and much more. An afternoon nap can be just what you need to get your day back on track, and improve your long-term health.

And lack of sleep can be dangerous.  According to the medical examiner on Law & Order, 17 hours without sleep is equivalent to .05 blood alcohol level. 

Yeah, try explaining that to the boss.
