This Week in Washington: February 15, 2010

The White House: President Obama used his weekly address to discuss a new bill he signed into law.  The “Pay As You Go” law requires Congress to find ways to pay for any increases in federal spending or tax cuts within the budget.  This week, President Obama will meet with King Juan Carlos I of Spain and the Dalai Lama.  President Obama will also travel to Denver, Colorado and Las Vegas, Nevada for Democratic fundraising events.

The U.S. House of Representatives: Not in session this week (President’s Day recess)
