Dr. Maya Rockeymoore Cummings recommends The Next Generation of Women Leaders: What You Need to Lead but Won’t Learn in Business School by Selena Rezvani.
Why: While the book is ostensibly for younger women starting their careers, it is filled with incredible insights and important tips that I believe are important for women at any stage of their careers. Several years ago, Ms. Rezvani interviewed me for this book along with 29 other women (including women like Jamie McCourt, president of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Denise Incandela, president of Saks Direct at Saks Fifth Avenue). I am pleased to have been a part of this stellar contribution to the literature on women’s leadership.
