		<description>Fortunately for me, I spent countless hours with my grandmother who could recount over 100 years of information to me. When she passed away it was very easy to go back in records to the late 1700&#039;s with great ease. I found we were not slaves during any of that time period. I think the assumption that all blacks were slaves at a certain time period should be challenged by more of us and we may be surprised at where you will find your family.</description>
